Hello. I know you all have been thinking to yourselves:

"Who is danzig138? He seems like a totally awesome guy, so smart and clever, and cool as can be, but what do I really know about him? How can I aspire to be more like him if I know nothing of him?"

Well, this page should answer some of your questions.

FAVORITE BOOKS: The Destroyer ( the series that the awful Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins movie was based on ), Most Post-Apocalyptic series, H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu stuff, Robert E. Howard's Conan and Kull ( the Kull flick was awful BTW, worse even than Solomon Kane ), the original Dragonlance series, and sci-fi from the 30's and 40's.

FAVORITE MOVIES: The Star Wars Trilogy, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Fear of a Black Hat, Akira, The Aliens Trilogy, Predator ( Predator II was a crappy movie ), Brainsmasher, Army of Darkness, The Adventures of Ford Fairlane, The Seven Samurai, Ran, Throne of Blood, Angel Heart, Half-A-Loaf-of-Kung Fu, Conan the Barbarian, The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Fellowship of the Ring, Ghost Dog, Unbreakable, Revenge of the Sith (this is possibly my favorite Star Wars movie now), Punisher (the second one with Thomas Jane - I loved that movie), Troy, Serenity, Batman Begins, Equilibrium, Defendor, Black Dynamite.

FAVORITE RPGs: Call of Cthulhu - BRP and d20, Battlelords of the 23rd Century, The End, Rapture: The Second Coming, Tales from the Floating Vagabond ( even though I've never actually played it), and the setting but not the game of Greyhawk. Should also add d20.

MOST OFTEN USED EXPRESSIONS: Throw a bunch of curse words together and you have it, "Will you kids PLEASE be quite for a minute?", "What'd I do?", "Shhh. X-Files.", "If I only talked when people asked me questions, I'd never say anything.", "Quit screaming, jeez."

Years ago, we got a boxer/beagle puppy. Since then, "You stupid m*$%!r f&*$%(* dog!" has become a common expression of mine. We had a second dog , named Jayne, the Big Damned Dog. He was as dumb as a rock and lovable. Unfortunately, he was crazy from the time before we got him, and he attacked my son (four tooth holes in his head) so we had to have him killed.

With the cancellation of Joss Whedon's Firefly, another common expression has become "That's still on?" when I'm passing pretty much any program I can't stand, like any reality show, or Dawson's Creek (I have to amend this - I caught hooked on Dawson's Creek when it was on TBS every freaking day, and now I'm looking to get it on DVD).

OCCUPATION: "Homemaker" is what I put on forms. I don't get paid enough for what I do. For those interested. I'm also ordained. So you can call me Reverend. I've had some work published, so I'd like to think I can now add part-time semi-professional writer guy.
